About Loan Processing
Our processing and back office support systems are handled by our Fulfillment Services Provider (FSP), Lydian Data Systems. This FSP works with our operations support teams and our JV partners to order all necessary services (appraisal, title, etc.), stack and organize our loan files, fully underwrite, and provide final loan approval. Our FSP partner relies and operates on a "day in-day out" policy. This merely means that when they receive a new file or any other information they will perform the necessary tasks associated with that information on the same day that it was received.
